7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination does not affect obligations incurred prior to termination date.

4. Limitation of Liability

Metahub provides services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or inability to use our services.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by Metahub or licensed partners. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved through appropriate Malaysian legal channels.

5. Confidentiality

Client-attorney communications are confidential and protected by law. We maintain strict data security standards and comply with GDPR and Malaysian data protection regulations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. All information provided must be accurate and complete.

6. Payment Terms

Fees and payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest.
