Yes. A 30-minute consultation with a senior practitioner is offered at no charge and with no obligation. We use the session to assess your matter, conduct a conflicts check, and advise you honestly on whether Metahub is the right firm. If we are not, we will refer you to counsel we trust.

Most engagements are billed on a time-cost basis in accordance with Bar Council guidelines. For well-defined matters — such as document reviews or discrete advisory work — fixed fees are available. Every engagement begins with a written fee estimate so there are no surprises.

Yes. Metahub advises on matters before the civil courts as well as Shariah courts across Malaysia. Our practitioners hold the relevant qualifications for Shariah proceedings and work closely with registered Shariah lawyers where required by statute.

Our advocates are admitted to practise before the High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court of Malaysia. We appear in Shariah courts in all states, and handle arbitration proceedings under AIAC (Asian International Arbitration Centre) rules. Cross-border matters are managed in cooperation with vetted foreign counsel.
